Courier fees will be charged at R25,00 per order within the Gauteng Area, other districts outside the Gauteng area will be charged at standard mail or courier rates.

Rough - Pre-form - Parcels - Speciments
Rough, pre-form, parcels and/or speciments will be weighed and checked, to ensure that integrity of all the stone(s) are accountable for.
(That stones have not been exchanged for look-a-likes or damaged stones.)
Precious Stones
Precious Stones that have been re-cut or damaged will not be accepted as a returned or exchanged item and thus will be regarded as a sale.
Manufactured ItemsIn this regard we take great care in the manufacturing of a item according to the customers needs and specifications,
In most cases we guarantee a wax mould and/or a picture before commencing with the final product.
If there is a dispute at anytime over a manufactured item, it will be delt with accordingly.
FOREIGN SHIPMENT
A sub charge, based on the actual cost of shipping and handling, is added to all shipments to foreign countries, and will be displayed on your final invoice. (received via e-mail)
